Cryptocurrency and digital asset trading involve significant risk, including price volatility and potential loss of funds. Britex does not provide financial advice. Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions and should conduct independent research before investing.

6. P2P Transactions

In P2P trades, users transact directly with each other. Britex acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for disputes arising between users. However, we may offer dispute resolution support at our discretion.

7. Fees and Charges

Britex may charge transaction fees, withdrawal fees, or service charges. All applicable fees will be displayed before confirming transactions. We reserve the right to update fee structures at any time.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect user accounts and data. However, users are responsible for securing their devices and account credentials. Britex is not liable for losses caused by user negligence, hacking, or unauthorized access beyond our control.

9. Suspension and Termination

Britex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in illegal activities. Funds may be frozen during investigations where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, designs, and software are the property of BCTPL and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Britex and BCTPL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses due to market fluctuations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.
